OUR OFFICERS
The Sebring-West Branch Baseball League is proud to have a team of experienced and dedicated officers, coaches, volunteers, sponsors and parents who are passionate about the game of baseball. Our coaches work hard to help our players develop their skills and reach their full potential on and off the field.
The Sebring-West Branch Baseball League is a VOLUNTEER organization operated by its officers, board of directors and managers.
Dan Hinerman
President
We are excited to have Dan Hinerman leading the Sebring-West Branch Baseball League as President.
Dan has a long history with our league. He first developed his love for the game playing on these very fields as a young man. For the past 10 years, he has dedicated himself to giving back to the community, serving long term in our coaching ranks. His transition into the Presidency is a natural extension of his lifelong commitment to our community and the sport of baseball.
For the Hinerman family, the ballpark is a second home. Dan is supported by his wife, Bri, and their son, Zaiden, who shares his father’s passion for the game. This family-first perspective drives Dan’s mission to ensure our league is a place where every child can develop their skills, build character, and create lasting memories.
As President, Dan brings years of coaching experience and a deep understanding of our league's traditions. He is committed to providing a transparent, organized, and high-quality experience for all players, coaches, and families of the Sebring/West Branch area.
Bri Hinerman
Secretary
We are so excited to have Bri Hinerman stepping in as our League Secretary.
Bri is a West Branch graduate who has been a constant fixture at the ballfield for years. Since marrying her husband, Dan, back in 2007, her life has basically revolved around the diamond. Whether she’s cheering from the stands for their son, Zaiden, or helping out behind the scenes, when it comes to our baseball community, Bri is there.
If you know Bri, you know she’s the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and she’s dedicated to making sure every family in the league has a great experience. She isn't just here to handle the paperwork, she’s here because she loves this area and wants to see our kids succeed. We’re lucky to have her keeping us organized and moving forward!
Willy Graham
Vice President
We are proud to introduce Willy Graham as the Vice President of the Sebring-West Branch Baseball League.
Willy’s roots in our community run deep. He grew up playing baseball right here in the area and is a proud graduate of West Branch High School, where he represented the Warriors on the diamond.
He and his wife Lisa, are active coaches in our league. They also have two children playing in the league. This "all-in" family perspective gives Willy a unique understanding of what our players, coaches, and parents need to succeed.
As Vice President, Willy is driven by a passion to give back to the sport that shaped his youth. He is excited to work alongside our board and volunteers to ensure that the Sebring-West Branch Baseball League provides the best possible experience, development, and memories for every family in our community.

At Little League, we take great pride in our team of passionate individuals who work together to provide a fun and safe environment for our young athletes. Meet Lisa Hoopes, our treasurer, who is committed to ensuring our financial management is in top shape. Lisa plays a vital role in our league, and we are fortunate to have her on our team.
